International Realty Group in Cayman Islands was established by Jeremy Hurst in 1994 having worked in the Cayman Real Estate market, which including thees commercial, development and luxury residential property sectors, since he arrived in Cayman in 1988. Prior to that, he worked in the UK commercial Property industry having earned a BSc. Honours degree in land development studies at University College London (UCL).

Jeremy Hurst has served as Vice President of CIREBA since 2005 from 2008 to 2011 and is was currently Chairman of CIREBA’s Complaints and Penalty Board during his term of office as Vice President.
Jeremy Hurst also sits on the board as a founder member of the Cayman Islands Investment Council, was a past Chairman of the Choose to be Drug Free Week and member to the E-Business Advisory Board. He is a Past President and Past Assistant Governor of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman and was 2013/14 Governor for Rotary International District 7020, which comprises 10 countries and 16 islands in the Northern Caribbean.
