Many complexes have swimming pools, a tennis court, a gym, private beach access and maid service.

Across from the beach on the other side the West Bay Road and the Esterley Tibbets Bypass are a number of mainly residential areas again offering excellent opportunities to invest in Cayman Property such as:

The community is a highly rated private school in Camana Bay - Cayman International School and this operates the International Baccalaureate system, accepting children from 2 to 18 years of age.

The new bypass road allows easy access to and from both the residential areas of  West Bay, South Sound, Prospect and Savannah as well as to the country’s Capital and Centre of Government, George Town, as well as connecting to George Owen Roberts International Airport. The recent extension of the Bypass to West Bay has cut the travel time from George Town to West Bay to under 10 minutes.
