IRG 30^th Anniversary Scholarship

To celebrate 30 years of real estate excellence, IRG is proud to launch the IRG 30th Anniversary Scholarship.  As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the growth and development of Caymanians in the Real Estate Industry, IRG is donating a total of USD$30,000 over 3 years to support Caymanians pursuing a career in the real estate, property or development sector. 

This scholarship represents more than just financial support—it’s an investment in the future of the Cayman Islands’ real estate market. In addition to providing educational funding, IRG is committed to supporting the long-term career success of scholarship recipients, including opportunities for mentorship, industry exposure and potential work placements within the real estate sector upon graduation. 

By empowering aspiring professionals, IRG is helping to cultivate a new generation of leaders who will shape the industry with innovation, integrity, and excellence
 

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the IRG 30^th Anniversary Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria.
 

• Be Caymanian, a Caymanian Status Holder, or a Permanent Resident
• Be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Demonstrate a strong desire to pursue a career in the real estate, property or development sector
• Be currently enrolled or have been offered a place for a certificate or degree at a recognised college or university, commencing at the start of the relevant academic year, within the real estate or property development sector.  This may include one of the following concentrations:
  • Real Estate Diploma, Degree or Certificate 
  • Real Estate Specialist Certificate
  • Real Estate Management 
  • Commercial Real Estate
  • Business Degree with a focus on real estate
  • Real Estate Sales and Marketing
  • Real Estate Digital Marketing
  • Property Management 
  • Urban Development
  • Real Estate Development
  • Construction Management
  • Real Estate Financing 
  • Valuation Specialist/Surveyor

Interested applicants must complete all application requirements and submit them via email to scholarships@irg.ky by November 15, 2025.
 

Application Requirements

• A completed application form
• A copy of the candidate’s Caymanian Status Certificate, Acknowledgement Letter or Permanent Resident Status
• A copy of birth certificate
• Letter of acceptance from an accredited University or College
• Official college or high school transcript
• 3 References (2 academic and 1 personal)
• Resume
