DART Boost to Cayman Property Market and Economy

Dart Realty (Cayman) Limited and Government recently announced the FORCayman Investment Alliance (FCIA). The FCIA is comprised of a number of components. One group of projects is located in the West Bay Corridor, and involves hotel/tourism, education, community and recreational facilities as well as road works. In the weeks since the announcement, we have finalized several aspects of the West Bay Corridor Projects. On IRG's Report Page (press the yellow button on our Home Page) Dart have provided a Fact Sheet which outlines the plans for the WB Road relocation, the Hotel, the build-out of the Esterley Tibbetts all the way to Batabano Road, the much improved Public Beach and new park, the *new* public beach and many, many other features of this group of projects. There have been interviews which are on CITN's website (cayman27.com.ky) by Dart and Government representatives, and we expect more TV coverage on the various projects. In today's Compass there is an advertisement regarding the West Bay Corridor Projects and there will be ongoing media coverage on July 15th 2011
