ONE | GT joins Small Luxury Hotels of the World™— enhancing Cayman’s global connectivity via Hilton connection

In a move set to elevate Grand Cayman’s profile on the world stage, the landmark development ONE | GT has officially joined the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ (SLH) collection.

This exclusive affiliation places ONE | GT among a curated network of over 620 independent boutique properties across more than 90 countries, further enhancing Cayman’s global luxury hospitality footprint. Through SLH’s strategic partnership with Hilton, the hotel is positioned to benefit from visibility across Hilton’s global booking platforms upon opening — which reach over 180 million Hilton Honors members.

The announcement was made at an exclusive event hosted by the ONE | GT development team IRG, in collaboration with regional banking partner CIBC. Attended by homeowners, investors, and key stakeholders, the event highlighted several major milestones for the project as it accelerates toward its late 2025 completion and final residential sales phase.

“Joining SLH and, by extension, Hilton’s global ecosystem is a major milestone, not just for ONE | GT, but for the Cayman Islands as a whole,” said Jeremy Hurst, IRG’s President and ONE|GT developer. “This affiliation offers unparalleled global visibility, aligns our project with the world’s most discerning travelers, and continues to drive momentum within Cayman’s tourism market.”

The hotel, managed by Remington Hospitality, will benefit from the operational strength of a group that manages over 135 hotels across the United States and the Caribbean, including notable luxury boutique properties such as The Joule in Dallas, Hotel Yountville in Napa Valley, and The Saint and La Concha in Key West. The ONE | GT hotel is scheduled to open in late 2025, with the residential suites and
apartments ready for occupancy ahead of then.

Alongside the SLH and Remington announcements, IRG introduced a set of exclusive purchase incentives designed to build excitement and spur momentum in the final sales phase, including a developer stamp duty payment initiative and personalised buyer-financing packages in partnership with CIBC. The developer also unveiled the exclusive parking space ownership program, and a wider update on the amenities within the development such as its two pools, on-site café and the three signature restaurants.
