Join us in welcoming Anna-Mari Ormond, our new Sales Associate.

Born in South Africa, Anna-Mari spent 13 years in the skies, first serving passengers with Emirates and later working with the ruling family of Dubai. Her career took her around the world before she found her way to the Cayman Islands, which she has proudly called home for nearly 12 years. With a natural passion for people, service and building relationships, her transition into real estate was a natural progression. 

Since launching her real estate career in 2021, Anna-Mari has achieved consistent year-on-year growth and built a loyal client base of both local and international buyers and sellers. Much of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals – a reflection of the trust and long-term relationships she values. 

Anna-Mari believes that exceptional service begins with doing the homework. Whether bringing a property to market or helping a client find the right home or investment, she takes the time to understand the market, analyse the numbers and provide honest, well-informed advice. Her strong network of local and international connections, combined with a hands-on and highly personalised approach, ensures her clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout the process. 

Away from real estate, Anna-Mari embraces the island life she loves and enjoys raising her sporty and endlessly curious son in Cayman. A keen traveller with a love of languages, good company and new experiences, she brings the same warmth, energy and genuine interest in people to her personal life as she does to her work.
