The real estate market in Calgary for example has seen a 10% increase over 2012 and in Dallas-Fort Worth luxury home sales are up by 23.2% which is an eye opening number. The spike in Luxury property purchases appears to be on a positive climb further afield as reported by countries like New Zealand, Mauritius and the Dominican Republic.
