About Andrew Gilbert

Andrew joined IRG's specialist commercial real estate division in 2020, after relocating from the UK. Andrew qualified as an MRICS Chartered Surveyor in London where he gained a wealth of experience in the city's commercial leasing, valuation and investment market. Andrew worked for two of London's powerhouse commercial and residential real estate firms in Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield. Here, he worked on landmark assets such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Coutts HQ. Andrew also has a passion for sustainability and is qualified in CFA ESG investing. Andrew works closely with IRG's Head of Commercial, Trisha Johnson, providing experts sales, leasing, valuation and property management services.
