The Cayman Islands has now removed all Covid-19 travel restrictions! Starting today, travelers will no longer need to show proof of vaccination, a negative test, or a travel declaration/ request in order to enter the Cayman Islands. All vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers are permitted to enter the Cayman Islands without the need of extra documentation or health-related steps due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After 2.5 years of covid related restrictions, the Cayman Islands is satisfied that they can safely open the borders entirely and remove all limitations to travel into the country. This decision was aided by the fact that more than 92% of persons over the age of 5 years old have received at least two doses of the vaccine, according to the Cayman Islands Government. This will undoubtedly result in a very positive high season for both the tourism and real estate industry. Welcome back ALL visitors of the Cayman Islands!
