HGTV Ultimate House Winner Announced!

HGTV partnered exclusively with IRG's affiliates Leading Real Estate Companies of The World and Luxury Portfolio for HGTV's Ultimate House Hunt. Some of the categories included: Kitchen & Dining, Modern Masterpieces, Outdoor Retreats and Waterfront Homes.

The winners were announced this week and we would like to congratulate two of our fellow Latin America & Caribbean Region members, Turks & Caicos Property and Sibarth Real Estate in St Barthelemy.

Turks & Caicos Property won the overall contest with their home Mandalay which is a 7 bedroom, 2 acre beach front estate in Turks & Caicos. A truly stunning location with exquisite design and architecture.

Sibarth Real Estate won the category Modern Masterpieces for their property Villa Sasha which is a 3 bedroom home with modern architecture and views across the St Barth hillside.
