Born in Kazakhstan, her adventurous spirit has led her to live and work in six different countries, cultivating a global perspective that profoundly influences her approach to business. Ayana graduated from South China University of Technology and started her career in hospitality overseeing the Executive Club Lounge in the largest award-winning Ritz Carlton in the Middle East. She played a pivotal role in promoting and managing large-scale events for the hotel group. Transitioning to Turkey, Ayana further honed her skills in the real estate market as a department head, managing marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with sales associates and driving revenue upward.
