Local real estate broker joins prestigious international real estate advisory board

Local real estate owner and broker of International Realty Group Ltd. (IRG), Jeremy Hurst, has been invited to join the prestigious International Advisory Board for the global luxury network Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (also known as LeadingRE). Over 500 residential real estate firms are members of this luxury network, contributing to some of the world’s more prestigious homes for sale. With over 120,000 sales associates in over 50 countries around the World, Mr. Hurst is one of only 10 advisory board members who provide an international perspective and governance to the network.

Cayman’s real estate market has long been recognized as luxury but this new accolade for Mr. Hurst adds another string to the local industry’s bow. The marketing mechanism for LeadingRe is the Luxury Portfolio International portfolio website, which provides a cutting edge and comprehensive marketing tool for exclusive home seekers. The site includes over 15,000 of the world’s most remarkable properties and includes multiple currencies and languages.

Mr Hurst has been a member of LeadingRe since 2002. “Being invited to join the International Advisory Board is quite an honour and I am happy to be representing the Cayman Islands at the global level. It will give me another opportunity to tell the world what a tremendous place Cayman is to live, work and invest in,” Mr. Hurst said.

An active blogger, Mr Hurst often writes about the exemplary real estate investment model that the Cayman Islands provide. “The economic and political stability here, matched with the high levels of infrastructure and service standards in the leisure industry contribute to a compelling reason to buy real estate here,” Mr. Hurst said.
