IRG – International Realty Group, has been invited to send an agent to London to participate in a series of discussions with some of the city’s most influential investment and private wealth management firms, including the likes of Goldman Sachs. The invitations follow IRG’s attendance and exhibition at the annual Monaco Yacht Show, held this year between the 25th and 28th September. The firm attended the show to promote the Islands as a relocation destination for ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices and commercial investors. The team also took the opportunity to showcase a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial property listings. The agency’s man in London will be Sales and Investment Consultant, James O’Brien. Mr O’Brien will be there to talk about the Cayman Islands and the benefits the country can offer to these firms and their respective client bases. This will also be an opportunity to promote the real estate sales, consultancy and tailored, international relocation services offered by IRG. IRG has been assisting clients with comprehensive, managed international relocation services and real estate consultancy in the Cayman Islands for 25 years. Commenting on his mission, Mr. O’Brien said: “The Monaco Yacht Show was a very successful event for IRG; it has opened a number of doors for us to talk to some of the most prominent wealth and investment advisors in Europe. Many of these firms have clients looking at offshore investments and relocation, particularly given the uncertainty surrounding ‘Brexit’. This is a great opportunity for IRG to engage with some key advisors and discuss the benefits that the Cayman Islands can offer their firms and their clients.” Whilst in London, Mr O’Brien will also be attending the exclusive Private Client Dining Club. Often referred to as simply ‘PCD’, the networking event brings together members from the private wealth sector. IRG was encouraged to become a member of the network in recognition of its proven track record relocating ultra-high net worth clients and assisting investors with property sales and acquisition. The trip is scheduled for the 25th November until the 7th December.
