International Relocation Consultants (IRC) Ltd., Cayman’s premier provider of relocation advice and services to corporations, private investors and high net worth individuals has welcomed its newest member Samantha Payne as one of the Islands first professional Relocation Consultants. Samantha is tasked with re-launching the relocation side of the company which was previously branded as International Relocation Group.

Having recently relocated to the Island herself Samantha brings with her a wealth of knowledge from working in the Central London and Surrey real estate and relocation markets for almost 10 years, where she has developed expertise in many areas of residential property including relocation, leasing, sales and property management. Samantha’s experience in the relocation of high net worth individuals and corporations makes her an invaluable member of the IRC team and she has assisted many well known corporations, relocating key individuals and their families to the London area.

Samantha says ‘I am delighted to join the team and look forward to growing IRC’s business and look forward to providing professional corporate investors and high net worth individuals with relocation services to the Cayman market’.
